Please update your Chrome browser. A ‘High Severity’ zero-day vulnerability was discovered that is already active in the wild.
A vulnerability was discovered in the Chrome browser just days before Halloween. Please take the 2 minutes you will need to make sure your version is up-to-date, so you don’t end up with a ‘trick’ instead of a ‘treat’ this year. The vulnerability is already being used in real-world attacks, and now that the patch has been released nefarious actors are surely reverse-engineering it to discover how to make more exploits.
Please follow the simple steps below to update your Chrome browser and protect yourself against this very real threat.

What is a “Zero-Day” exploit?
Zero-Day means that a vulnerability was discovered and is already being exploited. Some zero-day exploits may not have a patch. In this case, Chrome has released a patch and is encouraging people to install it.
Didn’t we get this same warning last year?
Yes. There was a Zero-Day exploit discovered around Halloween last year as well.
