Whereas, I appreciate that they are trying to make a living, and in many cases they have good solutions, we sit on your side of the table.
We help you to evaluate the offers based on what’s best for you. Not only do we vet the products and make recommendations based on our experiences, most of the services we set up for you are in your name/account, and under your control. (This may not mean anything to you unless you have moved on from an IT support company… and found out how deeply entrenched “your” accounts are in theirs).
WE OFFER NO-HANDCUFF CONTRACTS
All of our contracts have a 30-day easy out clause. If you are not satisfied, you can leave at any time.
WE HANDLE ALL OF YOUR SUPPORT IN-HOUSE
We have been in the business long enough to have experience with practically all of the technologies that our small and medium size clients use. For the few that we don’t directly support, we can bring in vendor support and manage it for you. But we do not outsource any of our support to call centers, who have technicians with unknown levels of training. When you call, we answer ourselves.
These arrangements put you in the drivers seat. If you choose to leave, you won’t lose all of your services (like you would if they were in your IT company’s account), and you won’t pay a termination fee. These arrangements are only a good decision for an IT company that provides great service.
Locked in clients and cheap labor would mean more profit for us. But that’s not how we measure our success. We provide individualized, personal service, and we measure our success by the length of the relationships we build.
